About the promoter:

How to Enter:

On Facebook & Twitter – Entrants must likethe post, follow us on Facebook / Twitter, and comment how they are spendingChristmas this year.

The Prize:

1. 2x £75 Sainsbury’s vouchers.   

Choosing a Winner:

1. The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries by anemployee of tifgroup Plc/ Get Going.  
2. The competition will close at midday 29^thNovember depending on entry numbers at the time. Only then will theprize be unlocked and a winner chosen.
3. The winner will be notified by social media within seven days after theprize draw closes by a representative of Get Going.If the promoter does not receive a response from the winner within seven daysafter the first contact, the promoter shall deem the prize as unclaimed. At thediscretion of the promoter, the prize may be allocated to a substitute winner.
4. The winner will be contacted via the social media account enteredduring the sign-up process. It is up to the winner to make sure his/her detailsare correct before submitting.
5. The winner will be sent their prize via the post and will be asked tosupply their postal address and other contact details to Get Going to redeem their prize.
6. By entering, the winner gives their permission for their name, locationand photo (if required) to be used on the Get Goingwebsite, social media, newsletter and all other press and/or promotionalmaterial as required.

Legal:

1. The promoter is entitled to change, amend, extend, cancel, or review the competition, terms and conditions and any other relevant material as required without prior notice. By entering, entrants will have agreed to abide by these terms and conditions and any revisions or amendments. The entrant agrees that the promoter will not accept liability for such changes or any inconvenience caused as a result thereof.
