There are around 7 million carers in the UK, and we thought they deserved to have tailored cover to suit their specific circumstances (standard travel insurance doesn’t include cover for carers).
So, we developed a product for non-professional carers. It can be added as an extension to a policy which allows you, the carer, to travel with enhanced cancellation and curtailment cover which extends to cover your dependent whilst you’re away.

During the unprecedented times of 2020, we were able to create coronavirus travel insurance protection and make it available on a number of our policies.
Our coronavirus cover is there to protect customers against the specific scenarios which could arise due to the pandemic when travelling, including having to cancel as a result of a positive coronavirus diagnosis within 14 days of your trip starting, and cover for medical expenses should you fall ill with COVID abroad. We’ve also now got a broader COVID-19 Extension, which you can add on to your policy when you purchase, and which includes additional cover for: self isolation, localised quarantine, changes to re-entry requirements and delayed tests.
