Website is very easy to use both to renew my policy and then to manage it. I am a long-term customer of Get Going and have had to make two claims over the past six years. These have been dealt with efficiently and with kindness and empathy by the excellent staff team. This is why I don''t look anywhere else for travel cover, especially as they offer good rates to existing customers.

not only the cheapest travel insurance I could find, but also... the policy documents were dispatched to me very quickly, and I was able to speak to a real person over the phone almost immediately about a query I had, after being warned IN A GOOD-HUMOURED WAY* in the blurb that I might have to wait for a response (*I always appreciate that)
