What cover does travel insurance for over 60s include?
As with all of our travel insurance policies, the cover levels and amount that you travel with will depend, to some extent, on the cover level that you opt for. As a Get Going customer you will have the option to choose from 4 different cover levels: Basic, Standard, Premier and Diamond.
There are a number of things that you will be covered for under each policy, at different amounts. These include:
- Up to £5,000 for cancellation and curtailment
- £10,000,000 emergency medical cover

- £600 cover for your travel documents
- Up to £4,000 to cover for lost, stolen or damaged luggage

Can I get over 60 travel insurance with a medical condition?
Yes, you can. Get Going provides over 60’s travel insurance with medical conditions declared and covered. We are able to screen 1,000s of different conditions using our bespoke medical screening process. When you enter your medications and medical conditions you will be asked a set of questions, related to the condition entered, and we will let you know whether we can provide you with cover or not – we will always do our best to cover you!
